[ixp1200] Debugging on Hardware

Hello,

i would like to use the "Debug on HW" feature of the Workbench.
I'm running the the Workbench Backend on the Target.

If i try to download some code i get the following error at 
the target.

The message at the Workbenchside is the following:
"Attach to debug library operation failed"

I'm using an IXDP2800, the MontaVista Preview Kit 3.0 with an
kernel2.4.21-rmk1-ds3 and the IXA-SDK3.1.

Does anybody know this problem?
