[ixp1200] mico C and assembly code

Hi

Im trying to build a project for ixp23xx mixing both microC and assembly
code[microC funcation call an assembly implementation].

But im unable to build it properly using workbench4.3.
I want to know how the microC function can call assembly implementation or
vice versa.
Any help will be great.
