I'd like to invite everyone (and whoever else might be interested) to
submit an abstract to the New York ML Symposium.

http://www.nyas.org/events/Detail.aspx?cid=1cdd40d6-fc64-44e8-b225-db49ac0d90f1

This is the largest New York area ML event, larger than some
conferences. The deadline for abstracts is September 24 (extended a
week compared to what's stated on the website).

We've also just finalized the invited speakers---they are Dave Blei,
Tommi Jaakkola, Yann LeCun, and Sanjoy Dasgupta, which should be a great
group.

This year, we are experimenting with the schedule to allow more
spotlights, more time for posters, and a hackNY event afterwards,
primarily so students& startups can get to know each other.
