[parsec-users] about running parsec in simics

Hi Guoqiang,

Usually people compile the workloads on a real machine and then copy them
into the simulated machine. So you won't need gcc or any other compiler on
the simulated system. However, you will need all the libraries the programs
link to, unless you've created static binaries.

Subject: [parsec-users] about running parsec in simics

Hi there,

Is there anyone trying to run parsec in simics? Do we need to install
gcc or glib inside simics simulation system? Or how could we get these
benchmarks running in simics?

Any idea or discussion is highly welcomed.

Many thanks,

Guoqiang Yang
