[parsec-users] Running dedup

I've never seen this error before. You should check the source code and use
a debugger to narrow down the problem. I suspect it's the hash table
allocation because the hash table is huge, and its size is independent of
the input data size.


Please let me know what you find out, I'd be interested to hear more about
this problem.

When I run dedup for simlarge (or even test) this error is reported :
"[DataProcess] Memory allocation failed." while I did not encounter to this
problem for dedup from Parsec 1.0 benchmarck suite. Would you please guide
me about this matter?
