Hi Chris,

Thank you.
I am downloading it with FireFox. (still in progress. I am based in Russia - so it takes for a while)
I wonder if there is ftp access to the archive?

Regards, Julia

Hi Julia,

1 Kb is definitely too small. Users have reported problems downloading the files with older browsers because some older versions of Internet Explorer can't handle files larger than 2 Gb. In particular, the default browser used at Intel is affected by this.

Simply try downloading PARSEC with another (somewhat recent) browser or one of the downloading tools.

Best,
Chris

Chris,

If I download native input archive from
http://parsec.cs.princeton.edu/download.htm

the archive is very small (~ 1Kb, definitely not 2.4 Gb as said on the page) and broken - while trying to extract said "invalid compressed data".

(same with archives for 2.0 and 1.0 PARSEC native input versions)

Can you check the link for native inputs published on the page?

Thank you

Regards, Julia

Julia,

What exactly do you mean by "they're broken"? Running a native input should take approximately 20 minutes. What exactly do the programs do when you run them with the native input?

Hello,

I am running PARSEC benchmarks natively - trying to visibly load a system.

But even simlarge inputs are taking few seconds to complete on my system.

I tried to get Native inputs but archives for all PARSEC versions (1.0, 2.0, 2.1) are broken.

Is it possible to fix this problem and make Native Inputs available.

Thank you very much.

Regards, Julia
