Hi,

I am getting the following error when I try to execute dedup with native
input. Please let me know what to do to execute it without any errors. I
guess that somewhere I need to increase size of some data structure. Please
let me know which one.

kishore at kishore-desktop:~/
parsec-2.1$ ./bin/parsecmgmt -a run -p dedup -c gcc-pthreads -i native -n 2
[PARSEC] Benchmarks to run:  dedup

-c -p -f -t 2 -i FC-6-x86_64-disc1.iso -o output.dat.ddp':

....

Thank you.

Best,
Kishore
