Hi George,

Try replacing "uname -i" with "uname -m".

Best Regards,
Yungang

The problem is that command "ARCH = $(shell uname -i)" in the top Makefile returns "unknown" rather than x86_64 or i386.

For you case, you can directly assign "x86_64" to "ARCH".

I did not earlier. But I did now. And I get the same error message.

Did you run "source env.sh" before running "parsecmgmt"?

Regarding the scalability, we don't have too much yet. But we are writing a technical report on PARSEC 3.0.

OS: Debian Squeeze (Linux)
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5460 (Penryn)
gcc version 4.4.5
glibc version 2.11.3

Also, is there a place where I can find any scalability studies you have done for these benchmarks?

Thanks,

Hi George,

It seems that the directory "include/unknown" does not exist. Can you provide more information on the platform you are using? E.g., CPU, OS, etc.

Best,
Yungang

Hi,

I am getting an error when compiling any of the network benchmarks (netdedup, netferret and netstreamcluster). The error occurs when compiling the uptcpip library. Any suggestions to fix this?
