[parsec-users] Segmentation Fault in the splash2x.ocean_ncp program

Hi!

I have a problem with the splas2x.ocean_ncp program, when I run the program
I get a segmentation fault:

I used the gdb for debbuging and I found the error in the code below, but I
don't know wath happened.

I know that the pointer is null, but is stranger, because in the splash2,
the code seems the same, and nothing wrong happen. I looked the code and I
think that is everything ok!
