I was unable to build parsec.ferret package of parsec 3.0 with gcc-tbb
on ubuntu 12.04

Problem found in itt_notify.cpp

 >parsecmgmt -a build -p parsec.ferret -c gcc-tbb
...

I was able to build and run the gcc-serial version of the parsec.ferret
package.
