[parsec-users] I was unable to build parsec.ferret package of parsec 3.0 with gcc-tbb on ubuntu 12.04

The output of "parsecmgmt -a info" shows that there is no gcc-tbb 
version of parsec.ferret so
this is a feature of parsecmgmt.
