Welcome Seth!  Thanks for the information - I think it may be massively 
useful for us - we have screen/video capture needs in nearly all of our 
projects (video submissions, tutorials for chuck, presentations and 

A quick update: Ananya, Perry, and I (and working with the ever great 
John Chowning), have been adding new features to sndpeek, including 
controllable log frequency scaling, better file I/O support, file 
preview, rainbows, and having command-line flags + interactive uh 
pseudo-randomly assigned keystrokes for manipulating them.  We should 
have a new version out "soon".
