Konstantin Makarychev will present his FPO on Tuesday November 27 at 3PM 
in Room 402.  The members of his committee are:  Moses Charikar, advisor; 
Boaz Barak and Assaf Naor (NYU), readers; Bernard Chazelle and Bob Tarjan, 
nonreaders.  A copy of his thesis, "Quadratic Forms on Graphs and their 
Applications", is on display in room 310.  Everyone is invited to attend his talk.
