Sean Gerrish will present his FPO on Tuesday January 8 at 1PM in 
Room 402. The members of his committee are: David Blei, advisor; 
Rob Schapire and Hanna Wallach (U Mass Amherst), readers; Kosuke 
Imai (POL) and Matthew Salganik (SOC), nonreaders. A copy of his 
thesis, "Applications of :Latent Variable Models in Modeling Influence 
and Decision Making", is on display in Room 310. Everyone is invited 
to attend his talk.
