[talks] Chris Manning's two talks on Wed/Thurs

Chris Manning of Stanford, an expert in deep learning and NLP is visiting on Wed and Thurs. On Wed he will give a popular talk at the IAS at 5pm. https://www.ias.edu/events/manning-publiclecture On Thurs he speaks in the small auditorium (in case of overcrowding, large auditorium) in CS at 12:30.
