Tony Capra will present his FPO on Friday May 1, 2009 at 10AM in Room 302 (note room). The members of his committee are: Mona Singh, advisor; Olga Troyanskaya and Tom Funkhouser, readers; Frederick Hughson (MOL) and Christodoulos Floudas (ChemEng), nonreaders. A copy of his thesis, "Algorithms for the Identification of Functional Sites in Proteins", is on display in Room 310. Everyone is invited to attend his talk.
