[chuck-users] pointing the ChucK Homepage to the new WIKI

Hi,

We have linked the main page to wiki-new for now, we will just switch it
again when the wiki swaps.  This should make things slightly easier.

If we can't upload zip files or if the program require audio files 
which the
wiki doesn't seem to like either, we will have to find alternative and
persistent places to upload files.  Any suggestions?
