[chuck-users] OSC Surface 0.1.5

with the new version of ChucK out, the next iteration of OSC Surface was 
made possible:
version 0.1.5 (i adopted the ChucK dot notation)

new features:
capture console output of ChucK
starting and stopping the VM
starting/stopping/replacing shreds in the VM
find syntax/etc. errors in the source code by clicking on the error msg 
in the output pane
