[chuck-users] Linux exception at readline.ck

Small issue;

If I hit CTRL+C while /examples/string/readline.ck is waiting for input I
get;

FATAL: exception not rethrown
Aborted
-----------

On Linux, this doesn't happen on XP and doesn't happen when hitting CTRL+c
at other moments (at least not that I've seen).
