This can also be accomplished by running
\tornado\host\x86-win32\bin\torVars.bat
which will also add some important stuff to the PATH variable.

BTW - If anyone has had success rebuilding the BSP to support debugging
through the
serial port rather than the 10/100 NIC( an actually getting it to work ),
please let me know.
