[ixp1200] Problem with programming the flash

I have no specific advice.  You can try:
(1) make sure there are no bent pins on the device(s)
(2) make sure that you are specifying the correct part number
    to the device programmer.
(3) make sure the software for the programmer (if there is
    software) is up to date.
In the end, you'll probably need to consult with EEtools.
