[ixp1200] Problem with programming the flash

Hi,
Excellent Nawaz, I am happy that atleast one person has done it before.
Erasing the chip was the first thing I tried. But it failed. There was an
error message which simply said "Erase Error!". It passes the hardware test
properly, so I guess there is nothing wrong in the device selection (which
is "INTEL E28F800B3-B"). I am able to read from the device into buffer
without any problem. I have tried with the front and back chips with the
same result. Please can you tell me where I could be going wrong.

Thank you,

Regards,
Sandeep.

I've the same equipment as yours and I've used it to program the flash a
number of times. You have to first erase it and then write it.
