Please forgive me to let me clarify my question:

How to communicate my IXP1200 ENP2505 Card with my PC using Ethernet ports
presented on the ENP2505 card?

Yes, I can boot the IXP1200 using serial cable, and also can ping my PC
through PCI bus.

Thanks.
