[ixp1200] Generating packets in the SDK

Hi

I have just begun learning about the IXA. I want to try to send some kind
of control information to and from my machine (That is running the
reference design). I want to know if I can build and transmit control
packets using the SDK. Also, is there some way that I can connect the
machine that I am using to another machine and bounce control information
between them.
