[ixp1200] Error building IPmm

Magesh,

Zuki had sent a mail on this list on 25th March, check out the archives.
It contains a patch for the problem that you are reporting. atoi is indeed
not defined in any libraries and there is another function called strtoule
in libsck which can be used.

The patch in that mail should do the trick.
