[ixp1200] l3fwdr

[Nimit S Sawhney]

Renaming to ixsys.config is not a good idea
since the original file is also needed. You can
comment out the extra interfaces in the file
"ixsys.config-sys-l3fwdr" since you have
have only 4 ports on your ENP2505.
