[ixp1200] ACE question

Hi Nikhil,
You can implement a crosscall function in the L3Forwarder microace using the 
idl provided. Then you can call that function from the stack ace.
The SDK Reference and the SDK Guide provides the necessary information on 
how to implement and invoke crosscall api.
