[ixp1200] Hack to execute shared binaries on IXP2400

Hello,

I've finally found a hack to execute shared binaries on IXP2400 dev.
platform with a home made gcc cross toolchain.

By the way, this confirms that the cross gcc made with our howto can produce
correct shared binaries.
