[ixp1200] Help reg problem with scheduler-worker design.

In the IXP1200/MicroCode/Refdes directory, there are
files called rec_scheduler2.uc and rec.uc which provide a reference
design for scheduler/worker receive code.

You might want to take a look at those files.
