[ixp1200] Help needed regarding programming the Strong Arm

Hello All,
   I would like to know how to program the strongArm  processor.At present I have developer workbench.Are there any simulators available for programming the Strong Arm and running them without hardware support ? Do let me know.Thanx in Advance.
