[ixp1200] Reading data from sdram

The SDRAM reads/writes occur at 64 bits so when you read from SDRAM into
SDRAM transfer regs the 64 bit data will be copied into two contiguous
SDRAM transfer registers(32x2) automatically. I hope this answers your
question I had done using Microcode.
