[ixp1200] rs_udebug fails

When I try running rs_udebug on an ENP-2505 board, it fails
with the following error:

Device lo is down.
Device lo is down.
Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to send; errno = No buffer space 
available
unable to register (SA1200TARGET, SA1200VERSION, udp).


The ue.o, pciDg-arm.o and pciDgNet-arm.o modules are loaded.


Any tips???
