[ixp1200] I want to get previous IXP1200 mailing-list data

Does anybody know if there is a search interface for the list
somewhere?  People, including myself, often ask questions that have
answered many times, yet the response "look in the archive" is extremely
painful with the current system.  I'd be more than happy to help someone
setup mailman (http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman.html) or some
other system.
