[ixp1200] Hack to boot Linux on IXP2400

Hello,

I have documented the hack that allows to boot Deepak Saxena Linux kernel on
IXP2400 with an old RedBoot.

As pointed out several times by Deepak, this is a *hack* that is not
intended to work in the future.
